stunnel tries to create its PID file in a non-existent directory. $ stunnel stunnel.conf 2009.01.21 12:20:00 LOG5[28953:1]: stunnel 4.21 on i386-pc-solaris2.8 with OpenSSL 0.9.8i 15 Sep 2008 2009.01.21 12:20:00 LOG5[28953:1]: Threading:PTHREAD SSL:ENGINE Sockets:POLL,IPv6 2009.01.21 12:20:00 LOG5[28953:1]: 125 clients allowed 2009.01.21 12:20:00 LOG3[28953:1]: Cannot create pid file /opt/csw/var/run/stunnel/stunnel.pid 2009.01.21 12:20:00 LOG3[28953:1]: create: No such file or directory (2) You might create the missing directory for the package, but it would be even better to relocate the /opt/csw/var stuff to /var/opt/csw (http://opencsw.org/standards/layout). Issue has been fixed with 4.27,REV=2009.06.18. --localstatedir is now /var/opt/csw/. |
